1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Seller Financing World ("SFW"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
SFW provides a subscription-based database of commercial property data including business listings, estimated valuations, and contact information. Data is provided for informational purposes only.
3. Subscription & Pricing
- Annual subscription: $499/year
- Payment processed by Stripe
- All sales are final. No refunds.
- Annual pricing only — no monthly option
- Subscription auto-renews unless canceled before renewal date
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Scrape, bulk download, or systematically extract data from the platform
- Redistribute, resell, or share your account credentials
- Use the platform for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
- Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access the platform
5. Data Accuracy
SFW provides data "as is." We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that property information, contact data, valuations, or financial estimates are current, complete, or error-free. Always verify independently before making investment decisions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, data compilations, and platform features are owned by SFW. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to access the data for your own investment research.
7. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. No refund is provided for terminated accounts.
8. Limitation of Liability
SFW is not liable for investment decisions made using our data. We are not real estate brokers, financial advisors, or legal counsel. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
